I want to share with some of my feelings being a ZRII IE in the last few days. one week after I came back from the phenomenal incentive trip to Hawaii, full of energy ready to explode the market with new IE's, that will come with me to the next trip to the Bahamas, and suddenly I found myself in a middle of a crises, while the management team of the company along with some of the top IE’s of ZRII allow them self to put all of us for sale.

After 18 month of hard work a lot of sacrifices 10's thousands of dollars investment my business is for sale and even without consulting me. I felt betrayed, the company that we worked so hard to make the fastest growing company in the industry, the company that brake all the records in the industry was in danger and by whom? by those who where the most honored and most considerable members in our community.
Immediately I thought to myself aren’t they the people that said “this is network marketing the way it suppose to be” and now they forgot it all. Wasn’t they who say “think about your people first and then the money will come”. at first I was very confused, then I started to be angry and then I realized “I am ZRII”, I will not quit!, this is my life, this is my business and it is not for sale.
I picked up the phone and start calling all my friends in the ZRII nation, at the beginning it was tough I was the enemy, every one was confused, than it became more easy they started to be angry too and at the end it become fun we all woke up we realized “we are ZRII” – No one can put us for sale, it is our dream! It is our culture, it is our business and it is our life.
Thank you all my friends in ZRII that helped me to realized again that ZRII is the network marketing the way it supposed to be! And it is that way because you are part of it and you made it this way.

During the past few years I heard, met, talked and interact with many people in the industry of network marketing that are promoting all kinds of different products and services.
Most of them are talking about millions and millions of dollars, they are talking about residual incomes but they don’t have any truck records of building any famous international company that last for long time so they can collect millions in residual incomes.
It got me wondered why?

One day I was invited to meet a gentleman that was responsible for launching different international brands that are doing billions of dollars a year for many years.

as of BVD, Starbucks, Gitano, Dingo, Acme, Dan Post and the list goes on and on….

When I heard this gentleman is going into the Network Marketing industry, launching a new company and planing to bring it to a "Billion Dollar Brand" it got my attention.
Most likely he will achieve doing that because of the impressive track record he have on building multi billion international brands!
A year ago I had the opportunity to join his team, a decision that enable me to be coached by such superior coach I’m currently holding 25% of the entire sales of his company

Got Caught in the Net - Orly & Me Love Story

Our journey with Zrii began few years ago; each one of us has been walking on the Searching Path for different lifestyle, we were looking for “The Change”!

I was the youngest technical officer in the Israeli Air Force. After 10 years in the army I changed my career to the High Tech industry. As VP of customer relations I was traveling all over the world all year around, and what I had found out was shocking. We are treating aircrafts with more respect, more knowledge and more sensitivity to prevent casualties than as society treating our own bodies”.

Being away from home a lot, not paying attention at all to what I eat, how I sleep I got sick. At the age of 38, I found my self lying in bad at the hospital with serious body mal functioned - lymphoma (cancer in the immune system). I couldn’t believe this is the end for me. I start searching for different information, educating myself in what we call today “Mind Body medicine”. I was lucky enough to found out soon enough that my condition was Candida spreading in my body from bad lifestyle and not lymphoma.

I made a decision almost immediately to take responsibility and Change. That choice led me to the love of my life, Orly, my wife and being able to helping people (my dream as a child was to be the best doctor).

In 2002 after the birth of my little girl I retired and stayed home. Understanding for the first time of my life that I cannot take for granted anything. Life is about giving and receiving. I found Land Mark Education and I went through the entire program. During that process I’ve met people that teaching about relationship but don’t have one, teaching about business and don’t owned a business. I knew that according to my core principles it is time for me to look for my home.
Law of Attraction is a wonderful tool so I put it to work. I wanted to be happy in every aspect of my life. One thing led to anther and soon enough I opened Free E Classes for people that want to know more about wellness & business how using personal contacts. One day I’ve got a call from Miss Orly Sharaby, the chairman of a non profit organization “Cancer Prevention”. And she was looking for an expert that will help her with her project The Awareness to Prevent Illness”. That was love from the first site. From that moment everything moved so fast. We got married and we are raising 7 children, it is a challenge to anybody but we made a choice not give up our dream anymore. We are going to look for a partner that has the same vision, same principle and the same drive – WE FOUND ZRII.

When I met Mr. Bill Farley on that first meeting in Utah, I looked him in the eyes and I knew he is for real. Orly knew Deepak Chopra and was his fan for many years. He was her inspiration for her work. It was anther brick in our journey!

We had faced a major financial problem, living 9 people in 3 bedrooms apartment was tough. But with love, belief and commitment from us and all 7 children we agreed: “We Are Going to do it”!

Law of Pure Potentiality says: “Our essential nature is one of pure potentiality – infinite spiritual essence, pure joy, creativity, endless possibilities, pure knowledge, infinite silence, perfect balance, invincibility, simplicity and bliss”

We have a potential of an industry that is absolutely exploding. Network Marketing is the most advanced form of capitalism that exited today. The idea of referrals base companies has been exploding and people making big commissions on it. So the Potentiality of network marketing is Huge.
